Last Day in Denver

Needed to head back to California this morning. We decided to do the laudry before we packed. I was able to sneak in a run during the wash cycle- only 2.5 miles, but it was good to get in my first run since the the California Half Ironman. My knees and foot were a little achy for a few hours afterward. I guess I'm still healing from last month's 2 half marathons.
