Wednesday's Workout in Denver
Ran 5.5 miles on a sub 8:00/mile pace. Did 100 situps and 100+ reps on the heavy duty pull cords- enough to feel fatigue set in. Felt Great. So much for a dry cast...
I'm an MIT trained engineer whose profession of business & technology consulting has allowed me to travel around the world. I am a Highland, UT native who has also lived and worked in Boston, Taiwan, Seattle, New York, Chicago, Japan, Silicon Valley, Denver, Orange County, Abu Dhabi, UAE and most recently Gillette, Wyoming. I was the 157th person to successfully swim the Catalina Channel and I am currently assessing future challenges. I am a strong believer in the power of human ingenuity and freedom.
