I woke to a couple of inches of snow and made the slick trek from my hotel in Centennial, CO to the pool in Highlands Ranch at 5:15 am.
The workout was:
3 x 150 yds on 2:10
2 x 100 yds (75 free / 25 back) on 1:40
1 x 50 yds (25 fly / 25 free) on 1:00
set repeated 2 times
1 x 25 yds stroke drill on :30
3 x 75 yds (25 stroke / 50 free) on 1:15
set repeated 4 times in IM order
2 x 50 yds kick on 1:00
2 x 100 IM on 1:45
1 x 200 yds on 3:00
set repeated 3 times
4 x 150 yds pull on 2:15
200 warm down
= 4,700 yards (2.67 miles)
