Worked out at the 6am Highlands Ranch Triathlon Group practice this morning. It was "drill day". A good practice that wasn't too physically demanding:
1 x 400 yds every 4th length drill
4 x 50 kick on 1:00
4 x 100 swim on 1:30 descending
4 x 50 drill on :50
4 x 100 pull on 1:20
4 x 50 Fast/EZ on :50
breathing drills: 4 x 25, 4 x 50
1 x 400, 300, 200, 100 pulls on 1:20 base
12 x 25 (3 Fast / 1 EZ)
200 Warm down
= 3,600 yards
