This morning I finished the Canyonland Half Marathon (13.1 Miles) with a time of 1:42:10. A little better than the sub 2 hours I was aiming for. My sister, Kellie and brother-in-law KC ran it as well. Kellie is an accomplished runner and organized the trip including a beautiful condo in Moab.

Miles 4 & 5: 7:25.2 average
Miles 6, 7 & 8: 7:43
Mile 9: 7:57.0
Mile 10: 8:03.6
Mile 11: 8:20.8
Mile 12: 8:40.9
Mile 13: 8:35.6
Afterwards we hiked to Delicate Arch in Arches National Park. My knees are going to be sore for a few days.
