Since I'm travelling to Moab tonight for the Canyonlands half marathon, this morning's swim will be the last one until next Tuesday. I've felt the altitude the last couple of days, fatiguing after 1000 yards. Hopefully the adjustment to 5,920 ft will be complete soon. The practice:

4 x 25 drill, 200 free on 2:40, 100 back on 2:00 repeated 2X
3 x 100 yards on 1:30 descending
3 x 200 yards on 2:40 paced
3 x 300 pull on 4:00
3 x 200 yards on 2:40 paced
3 x 100 on 1:30 descending
1 x 100 back EZ
25, 50, 75, 100, 75, 50, 25 Fast kick with last 25 of each Easy
200 warmdown
= 4,600 yards
