After having to take a few days off prior to a medical exam at the end of last week and being unable to find time with a hectic travel schedule on Monday, I got back in the pool today for the first time in a week. After Monday night snow storms and temperatures in the teens, there was still snow on the ground at 5am in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
The workout:
200 warm-up
8 x 50 yds on :55
8 x 100 yards on 1:30
200 yard pull
6 x 100 yards on 1:30
200 yard pull
4 x 100 yards on 1:30
200 yard pull
300 kick
20 x 25 yards on :30
200 warm down
= 4,000 yards
After staying up way too late watching primary election coverage the last 2 nights, I may be a bobble-head this afternoon.
