Got myself up at 5:15 am Mountain Time and down to the Highlands Ranch Pool for the Triathlon swim workout. Sue Williams called the set:

4 x 50 (stroke down, free back, IM order)
2 x 50 kick
Repeated 3X
4 x 25 drill
2 x 50 moderate
1 x 100 fast
Repeated 5X
200 warm-down
=3,200 yards
